Where to sign in.

EPG Connect has two apps that need a sign-in: EPG Connect OS and Connect Phone. Both use your work email and the same account, so once you're set up in one you can use the other.

The core of EPG Connect: your department workspace, records, tasks and modules like CRM, HR and AI Maintenance.

How it works

Enter your work email.
Sign in with your password, or ask for a code and enter the 8-digit code we email you.
You land in your company and departments automatically.

Works in any up-to-date browser on a computer, tablet or phone. You can add it to your home screen like an app.

Your business line: calls, voicemail, texts, team status and call notes.

On an iPhone

EPG Connect Phone appInstalled through TestFlight. Your admin sends the invite to your work email. Install TestFlight from the App Store, open the invite, then install the app.

How it works

Enter your work email and tap Send code.
Enter the 8-digit code from the email titled "Your EPG Connect sign-in code".
Allow the microphone (and, on iPhone, notifications) so calls can ring and you can talk.

Keep the web phone open in a browser tab during your hours so calls ring your computer as well as your phone.

Didn't get a code?

Check your junk or quarantine folder for an email from noreply@epgconnect.com. Codes expire after a short time; ask for a new one if it's been a while.

Not set up yet?

Accounts are created by your company's admin. There's no public sign-up. Ask your manager to add you.

Tell your company's EPG Connect admin what you were doing and what you saw on screen. A screenshot helps.
