Outlook stays the real calendar, so there's nothing to keep in sync by hand.

Meetings

- Accept, maybe or decline, and a Join button for online meetings.
Booking pages
- One host, group (1 to 1,000 seats), collective (several hosts who must all be free), round robin, team claim, one-off links and polls.
- Listed on your page, or hidden and shared by link. Single-use links too.
- Up to 8 lengths per page, from 5 minutes to 12 hours.
- Meet by phone, in person, or online.
- The booker's time zone is detected and shown.
Availability rules
- Weekly hours, named schedules and one-off date changes.
- Buffers before and after, minimum notice, how far ahead people can book, and daily limits.
- Start times every 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
- Checks up to 6 calendars for conflicts.
Booking form and emails
- 6 question types: short text, long text, single choice, multiple choice, dropdown and phone number.
- Bookers can add guests.
- The booker is added to the host's Outlook meeting, with a reschedule or cancel link in the invitation.
- Email reminders, a day and an hour before by default.
Bookings and leads
- A Booked tag on the meeting shows the booker's answers, with a Call button.
- A To claim list for team bookings waiting on someone.
- Add to leads puts a booker into EPG Connect CRM with their line of business. Works for outside guests on your own meetings too.
On your website
- Put a booking page on your site inline, as a pop-up, or as a floating button.
- Share a booking page from the iPhone app with a QR code.
- Your logo and colours on booking pages and emails, if you want them.
Team control
- Templates for booking pages, with settings admins can lock.
- Audit log of who changed which booking page, schedule or booking, and when.
Sync
- Two-way with Outlook and Microsoft 365. Nothing is copied into EPG Connect.

Some meetings don't need a particular person, just someone. A property walkthrough, a maintenance visit, a showing. Team claim sends the booking to the whole team, and whoever is free claims it.
If nobody claims it in time, the booking goes to the next person in a round robin, or to your admins, so it never sits unowned.

EPG Connect Calendar runs today as a module of EPG Connect OS. When we open to other companies in 2027, we plan to offer it on its own as well, for teams that want calendars and booking pages first.

Do we have to stop using Outlook?
No. Outlook stays the real calendar. EPG Connect Calendar shows and edits it, and changes go both ways.
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Not yet. EPG Connect Calendar works with Outlook and Microsoft 365 today. The Google Calendar connection is built and will be switched on for companies that use Google.
Which video meetings does it support?
Booking pages offer the video services your company has connected. With Microsoft 365, that's Microsoft Teams. Zoom and Google Meet are in development.
Do people booking a meeting need an account?
No. They open your booking page, pick a time and answer your questions.
Can people reschedule on their own?
Yes. The invitation has a link to reschedule or cancel.
Does it send text reminders?
Not yet. Reminders go out by email, a day and an hour before by default.
What happens if nobody claims a team booking?
Unclaimed bookings are checked every 10 minutes and passed to the next person by round robin, or to your admins, depending on how you set it up.
Can we use it without EPG Connect OS?
Not today. It runs as a module of EPG Connect OS. We plan to offer it on its own as well when we open to other companies in 2027.
Can my company sign up today?
Not yet. EPG Connect is running in our own office while we finish it. We're opening it to other property management companies in 2027.
