These terms cover your use of epgconnect.com and the EPG Connect apps, made by EPG Connect, LLC ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.

Companies using EPG Connect

EPG Connect is not yet open to new companies. A company that uses EPG Connect does so under a separate written agreement with us, and that agreement governs its use of the service. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.

Staff accounts

• Accounts are created by your company's administrator. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself and use only your own account.
• Your company decides what you can see and do. Use EPG Connect only for your company's work.

Signing documents and booking meetings

If you were sent a document to sign or a link to book a meeting, you can use it without an account. Before you sign, you are asked to agree to sign electronically; you can decline and ask the sender for a paper copy instead. The sender, not us, is responsible for the content of the document and for the meeting.

Acceptable use

Do not use EPG Connect or this website to break the law, send unwanted or misleading messages, harass anyone, try to get into accounts or information you are not allowed to see, or disrupt the service.

Our content

This website and EPG Connect, including their text, design, logos and software, belong to EPG Connect, LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. Names and examples shown on this website are illustrations.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is". Features described as in development may change or may not be released. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
