A property management office sends documents for signature every day. EPG Connect Sign keeps that work inside EPG Connect, makes it easy for the people signing, and keeps a clear record of every step.
No separate e-signature service
EPG Connect Sign opens from the EPG Connect OS menu with the same login. There's no second account to manage for each person on your team.
Easy for the people signing
No account and no app. On a phone, signers get a large, easy-to-read view that jumps from one field to the next.
Nothing sits unsigned
The Documents list shows who you're waiting on. Reminders go out on their own until everyone has signed or the link expires.
A record of every step
Each finished document has a certificate: who signed, when they agreed to sign electronically, when they viewed and signed, and from what device.
Fix the page before it goes out
Add text or a date, white out a mistake, reorder pages, or redact for good, without opening another program.

Bring in any document
- PDF, Word, JPG or PNG, up to 20 files combined into one document.
- PDFs up to 25 MB and 200 pages.
- Scanned pages made searchable, so text in a photo or scan can be found and selected.
- Find fields spots signature lines, dates and checkboxes for you.
- Fill-in fields already in a PDF are picked up and used.
Edit before sending
- Add and organise pages before the document goes out.
- Edit the PDF: add text, a checkmark or today's date, white out a mistake, highlight, strike through or add a sticky note.
- Redact for good, so the hidden words are gone from the file, not just covered.
- Select and copy text from the PDF, like a name or an email address.
Fields
- Signature, signature block, initials, date signed, full name, text and checkbox.
- Checkbox groups: choose exactly one, one or none, or at least a set number.
- Place one field after another without re-picking it, and change many at once.
- Undo up to 100 steps.
People and order
- Each person needs to sign, needs to fill in, or gets a copy.
- Signing order: everyone at once, or one after another.
- Optional signatures for people who may not need to sign.
- Up to 20 people and 600 fields on a document.
Templates
- Save any document as a template, with its fields and roles.
- Just me or Company: admins choose which templates everyone can use.
- Start a new document from a template in a couple of clicks, on the web or the iPhone.
Tracking and follow-up
- Documents list showing who each document is waiting on.
- Send a reminder, fix a wrong email address, or void a document.
- Automatic reminders every few days (3 by default), up to 5 times.
- Expiry from 1 to 365 days (30 by default).
- Finished documents move to Archived after 30 days. Drafts stay private to whoever made them.
Proof and records
- Completion certificate with each person's name, email, role and order, when they agreed to sign electronically, when they viewed and signed, their IP address and device, and the full history.
- A SHA-256 fingerprint is recorded for every finished PDF.
- Verify a signed PDF to check it's the exact file that was signed.
- Finished documents are locked: nobody can change them afterwards.
Delivery
- Signing requests come by email from EPG Connect.
- When everyone has signed, each person gets the signed PDF by email, or a download link if it's a large file.
- Your company's name and logo on the signing page and emails, if you want them.
Inside EPG Connect OS
- Opens from the EPG Connect OS menu with the same login.
- A document started from an EPG Connect OS record shows on that record, read only, for anyone who can see the record.
- Documents and templates turn up in EPG Connect OS's search.

Tenants, owners and vendors don't need an account or an app. They open the link in their email, read a short disclosure, agree to sign electronically, and sign.
On a phone, the document opens in an easy-reading view that takes them to each field in turn. On a computer, one button at the bottom moves them through, then finishes.

Signers agree before they sign
Every signer reads a disclosure and agrees to sign electronically before they see the fields. The time and the disclosure's version are recorded.
Who, when and how
Each finished document carries a certificate with every signer's views, signatures, IP address, device and full history.
Prove the file hasn't changed
A SHA-256 fingerprint is recorded for each finished PDF. Anyone on your team can check a copy against it.
Finished means finished
Completed, declined, voided and expired documents can't be changed. The history of each document can only be added to.
Links that can't be guessed
Each signer gets their own signed link, so nobody can open someone else's document by changing the address.
Your documents stay yours
People see the documents they sent; admins see the company's. Only the people you name can permanently delete a finished document.

Do signers need an account?
No. They open the link in their email and sign. There's nothing to download and no password to make.
Can we use it for leases?
Yes, along with renewals, management agreements, vendor contracts and HR forms. Some documents, such as certain legal notices, may not be signed electronically where you are. Ask your attorney which of yours can be.
Can we use our own documents and templates?
Yes. Upload any PDF, Word file or photo. Fill-in fields already in a PDF are picked up, and any document can be saved as a template for your team.
How do we know a signed PDF hasn't been changed?
Every finished PDF has a SHA-256 fingerprint on record. Use Verify a signed PDF to check any copy against it.
How are signers identified?
Each signer gets their own link, sent to their email address, and the certificate records their IP address and device. Text-message codes and ID checks aren't available yet.
Can we send one document to a long list of people?
A document can have up to 20 people on it. Sending the same document to many people separately, in one go, isn't available yet.
Can we use it without EPG Connect OS?
Not today. It runs as a module of EPG Connect OS. We plan to offer it on its own as well when we open to other companies in 2027.
Can my company sign up today?
Not yet. EPG Connect is running in our own office while we finish it. We're opening it to other property management companies in 2027.
